Assessment
Execute an assessment to identify what security maturity the customer has and how that correlates with The Collective baseline.
Deployment Workshop
Workshop with the customer to present the results of the assessments and agree on the security level (minimal, strict or advanced) based on recommendations by The Collective. During this workshop, the scope of the initial onboarding will be determined.
Procedures & Agreements
Setup all required procedures and agreements around deployment rings, exclusion handling and approvals.
Technical Onboarding
Deployment of all technical control in order to integrate the customers’ tenant into the service and have the ability to both audit and deploy the required settings
Baseline Deployment
Phased deployment of the initial version of the baseline based on the workshop.
