Implementation and life-cycle management of The Collective proprietary Security Baseline(s), applied to all devices managed by the service. This service is intended to lower potential attack surface on endpoints, and thus minimizing the risk associated with (Cyber)security threats
Monitoring and Alering
(Pro)active monitoring and alerting on the security configuration/-state of devices, as well as root cause analysis for 1st party update issues. Through this service we monitor both the management infrastructure as well as the state of the endpoints themselves. Therefore, as part of the services, we do not only have regular service meetings to discuss strategic improvements, but we also provide the option to raise support tickets related to MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) in our ITSM portal

Cloud Control – Managed Endpoint Security is a managed service whereby The Collective provides (on a continuous basis) tooling, insights, and guidance to your IT department, to confidently build and maintain modern and secure work environments for your employees.

A MEMA workshop consists of an assessment and audit of your current Modern EndPoint Management (MEM)-Intune environment of your company.
