Service Delivery Manager

As a service delivery manager, you are responsible for the delivery of our managed services for our most important customers. You will have daily contact with customers to inform them of new activities on our managed services and capture their needs and feedback. The role is instrumental to provide qualitative services that are aligned with our customer needs.

Our Managed Services are focused on security within the Microsoft Security stack, primarily on: Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure.

The role will be responsible to further enhance and streamline our service delivery practices. We are looking for a senior service delivery manager with experience in the role that is able to reshape the current practice to further enhance our service quality.

What will you workday look like?
 

As a service delivery, your day will be filled with the following activities:

  • Organize and lead monthly service delivery meetings.
  • Follow-up on open topics and pending projects.
  • Provide customer feedback to our operational teams, follow-up and package the solution back towards the customer.
  • Be involved in high priority incidents to uniform customers of the potential impact.
  • Identify pain points in the customers’ environment and flag it to the account management team.
  • Identify risks and work together with all stakeholders to solve them.
  • Work with the managed services leads to shape services to address customer needs.
  • Guard the scope of the services and work with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize the delivery. 

Additionally, you will act as a translator between technical teams and C-level management, ensuring that the business goals are aligned with technological enhancements. This involves not only communicating complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner but also advocating for the technological needs and constraints of the operational teams to inform strategic business decisions.

 

Whom are we looking for?

  • Someone who is experienced in provided quality services towards customers.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure is a must, experience in the Microsoft security stack is a bonus.
  • Someone who can further enhance our service delivery experience.
  • A good chunk of technical knowledge to understand our services and translate it to our customers.
