Current Positions

To support our growth and goals, we are searching for a new colleague with a focus on security for Microsoft 365 and/or Azure workloads. In this role, you will be supporting our customers and help them become successful with a variety of products and solutions in those domains.

Some of your tasks include: 

  • You (help) design, implement, and support solutions based on the customer’s requirements and expectations.  
  • You work with your colleagues to help develop and deliver solutions based on technologies including various workloads with a focus on Intune, Identity Protection, Conditional Access, Windows Defender ATP, Azure Sentinel, Azure Security Center, NSGs, etc. 
  • You act as a Trusted Advisor and guide customers in their journey
  • You will support our Cloud SOC through assistance with investigations and improvement plans for our customers.

Whom we are looking for

  • You are willing to go the extra mile to support our customer’s success.
  • You have excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Dutch. French is optional, but a bonus.

  • Security and privacy are important to you. You have a security-first mindset and are willing to learn new things; even on the offensive side of security.
  • You have experience in the domain of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure, with a focus on all things security and information protection (design, deployment, support).
  • You aren’t afraid from automation through Logic Apps, Flow, PowerShell, Azure Functions, etc.
  • You are ready to both embrace and refute ITIL, understand what AGILE/SCRUM is and how these relate to project work.
  • You do not need to be an expert. A will to learn is more important!
  • You preferably live in Belgium.

To support our growth and goals, we are searching for a (Sr.) Consultant with a focus on Intelligent/Unified Communications. In this role, you will be supporting our customers and help them become successful with a variety of products and solutions in that domain.

Some of your tasks include: 

  • You (help) design, implement and support solutions based on the customer’s requirements and expectations.  
  • You work with your colleagues to help develop and deliver solutions based on technologies like Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams and Office/Microsoft 365 
  • You act as a Trusted Advisor and guide customers in their journey 

Whom we are looking for

  • You are passionate about what you do and love a challenge. Working out of your comfort zone is your second nature.
  • You do not need to be an expert. A will to learn is more important!
  • You are willing to go the extra mile to support our customer’s success.

  • You have several years of experience in the domain of Intelligent Communications in which you have designed, implemented and supported solutions like Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
  • You have extensive knowledge of supporting technologies like Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Connect), Microsoft Exchange Server, DNS, Certificates, …
  • You aren’t afraid of PowerShell
  • You understand the network impact that real-time communications can have and you know how to help the relevant business & network teams achieve their goals.
  • You are experienced with Office 365 (design, deployment, support).
  • You understand Hybrid scenario’s with Office 365 and know how to take advantage of features that work best in an on-premises, Hybrid and online-only world.
  • Ideally, you have experience with 3rd-party solutions including hardware devices (phones, room systems), Session Border Controllers, and additional tools & applications that are necessary to deploy or enhance an Intelligent Communication solution.
  • You understand legacy telephony solutions and know how to integrate with and migrate from these solutions.
  • You are ready to both embrace and refute ITIL, understand what AGILE/SCRUM is and how these relate to project work.

Azure plays an important part in the work that we do. To help our customers achieve more through technology, we are looking for someone who loves Azure.

Some of your tasks include: 

  • You (help) design, implement and support solutions based on the customer’s requirements and expectations.  
  • You work with your colleagues to help develop and deliver solutions based on and built in Azure
  • You help customers to onboard into our Managed Services (CSP)
  • You act as a Trusted Advisor and guide customers in their journey 

Whom we are looking for

  • You are willing to go the extra mile to support our customer’s success.
  • You do not need to be an expert. A will to learn is more important!
  • You have excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Dutch. French is optional, but a bonus.

Cloud Control is our managed services platform through which we support our customers with all things Security, Managed Desktops, Azure and Microsoft Teams. To support the growth of our platform and services, we are looking for someone who can help us propel our service to the next level.

Some of your tasks include: 

  • You (help) come up with and design new features to implement on our platform by creating user stories and conveying them to our development team.
  • You test new features and provide feedback to the development team.
  • You support our customers in or more of the services areas.
  • You design, implement and support solutions based on the customer’s requirements and expectations.  
  • You proactively identify improvement points for our customers and help implementing them.
